The Spokane Journal of Business has selected Verdis as the 2025 Medium Business of the Year for the inaugural Inland Northwest Business of the Year Awards. Sandy Young, Verdis President/CEO, accepted the award during a March 26 awards ceremony in Spokane, Washington.
The event recognized businesses and organizations “that have demonstrated growth, success and a spirit of innovation.”
Verdis, which employs 35, is forecasting revenue growth of up to 20 percent this year, up from more than $20 million in revenue in 2024.
Headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Verdis provides civil engineering, construction, masonry restoration and historic renovations and restoration services.
Verdis has previously been recognized as Idaho PTAC’s 2020 Small Business of the Year, SBA’s 2022 Woman-Owned Business of the Year and received the State of Idaho Historic Preservation Society’s Orchid Award in 2023.
