Colin Meehan was born and raised in Alaska. After graduating from Montana State University in 2002, he began his career there as a consulting engineer working on a wide variety of projects across the state. He worked on civil and geotechnical engineering projects from Ketchikan to the Brooks Range and many locations in between provided a wide variety of conditions, climates, projects, and accessibility.

Colin moved to the Coeur d’Alene area in 2011. Since joining Verdis, he has had the opportunity to work in Alaska, Hawaii, throughout the Western U.S. and as far east as Iowa. His background has included design, construction, and design-build projects. As our Vice President of Construction, Colin coordinates with our construction team for scheduling, staffing, and overall juggling of resources to make each project successful, as well as project management for federal contracts.

Colin is married with two teen boys and they look forward to each of the seasons in North Idaho. He enjoys skiing, camping, golfing, boating and the company of friends and family.
