Sam Bice grew up all around the world, making stops in the Philippines, Singapore, and Kenya, before his family moved back to the States and settled in Seattle. Sam began his career on the West Coast working in the marine construction industry with projects spanning from Southern California up to the Aleutian Chain of Alaska. Leaving behind the marine construction industry, Sam joined the more traditional design/build vertical construction industry when he moved his family to Denver and then Texas. Sam moved to Coeur d’Alene in 2022.

Sam’s management experience is split evenly from self-performing heavy civil contracts to design-build and design-bid-build efforts. Technical elements of his experience include pre-engineered metal buildings, pile driving, deep foundations, fueling facilities, marine transportation, heavy lifts, environmental remediation, and marine infrastructure. Sam’s resume includes over $250M in managed contracts, with individual efforts up to $45M.
